What to put on a milestone invitation
Whose celebration, and which number
Say it plainly: "Tiina turns 60" or "Ants and Maie, 40 years married". Guests like to know before they choose a card.
Venue, time and how long it runs
A milestone is usually a sit-down evening. Give the start, the end if there is one, and use the "Getting there" note for parking or the hall entrance.
Flowers and gifts
If you would rather have a donation, a shared present or nothing at all, say it once on the invitation. A wishlist can hold a group gift that several guests pool towards.
A reply date the venue can work with
Set it to the day the restaurant needs numbers and the form closes itself after it. With Premium, guests also tell you about dietary needs and who they are bringing.
The photos afterwards
With Premium the invitation becomes a shared photo gallery once the evening is over, so everyone's pictures end up in one place.

How far ahead should a milestone invitation go out?
Four to six weeks is usual, more if guests travel or the date falls in a holiday season. You can share the link as a save-the-date first and fill in the details later.
How do I say "no flowers" or ask for a donation?
In one line of the invitation text — see the wording above. If you would like a shared present instead, a wishlist lets several guests pool towards one gift.
Can older guests reply easily?
Yes. There is no app and no account: they open the link, tap yes or no and type their name. For anyone who prefers paper, print the QR code on a card.
Is it free?
Designing the invitation and sharing it as a link is free, and so are the replies and the wishlist. You pay once, for that one event, only if you want kutsu.me to email the invitations and reminders, to ask guests more than their name, or to use a Premium design.
