Date, time and location
These fields power the countdown, the calendar button, the map and every deadline in the app. Getting them right means less back-and-forth with guests.
Date and time
Set a start time and, if it helps, an end time - or tick No specific end time if the evening is open-ended. Choose the event's timezone so the times on the page are unambiguous for guests reading them somewhere else.
That timezone is what the rest of the app counts in: calendar invites, the RSVP deadline cutoff, reminder delivery days, and the moment the event flips from upcoming to past.
Location and map
Type the venue name or address and pick it from the suggestions, then check the pin sits where you expect. A map and a directions link appear on the invitation. Getting there is a free-text note for parking, transport or the door code - anything a guest would otherwise message you about.
RSVP deadline and capacity
On RSVP settings, the deadline closes the form after the end of that day in the event's timezone and shows guests a polite note. You can still add or edit responses yourself afterwards.
Capacity is optional. Leave it blank for no limit; set a number and the responses view tracks spots left against it.
A deadline that has passed can be reopened - pick a later date and the form accepts answers again.
