Send invitations by email
The Emails step is where you write what lands in the inbox, choose who receives it and decide when it goes.
Compose
Each event has a small set of email templates - the initial invitation, a reminder, a thank-you - and each has a subject line, a preheader, a personal note in your own voice and a call-to-action button. The preview beside the editor updates as you type, in desktop and phone widths.
Under Sender you set the name guests see and the address replies go to. Send test to me puts the real thing in your own inbox first.
Quick RSVP buttons can be added inside the email. Each one opens the invitation with that answer already chosen and the guest's name filled in, so replying takes one more tap to confirm. Maybe is only offered when your event allows it.
Who gets it, and when
Choose the audience - everyone, only those awaiting a reply, or only those never sent this email - and either send right away, which completes in about a minute, or schedule it for a date and time. Guests who already received that email can be skipped automatically. Test copies do not count as delivery of the real invitation, even when sent to a guest’s address.
On the Settings tab you decide what publishing does: send to everyone immediately, schedule the batch, or send nothing until you say so. Guests added after the event goes live can be invited automatically.
History and tracking
Every batch is listed with delivered, opened and clicked counts, plus anything that bounced. Open and click tracking are switches you control, and every email carries an unsubscribe link that applies to this event only - required by law in most places, and honoured immediately.
Email sending - invitations, reminders, tests and scheduling - is part of Premium. Until then this step is switched off and your invitation still works as a link you can send from anywhere.
