The Responses view is your live headcount. It updates as guests answer - no refreshing, no spreadsheet.
The overview
Across the top: going, maybe, can't make it and awaiting reply, plus a total headcount that includes plus-ones. If you set a capacity, it shows how many spots are left.
Per question, and in their own words
Every question you asked gets its own tally - main course choices, dietary needs, transport - with the free-text answers listed underneath so nothing gets lost in an average. Messages written to you as the host are collected separately.
Filter, sort and export
Filter by status, search by name, or sort by most recent reply. Export CSV gives you every response and every custom answer for caterers and seating charts, and Print produces a run sheet for the day.
For the aunt who replies by phone, use Add a guest by hand and set the answer by hand. It counts everywhere exactly like a reply the guest submitted themselves.
