When the day has passed, the invitation page turns into somewhere to put the photos. Same link, same guests, no new app to install.

What changes after the event

Once the event date is behind you, the invitation stops asking for RSVPs and leads with a thank-you and the gallery instead. The link you already shared keeps working - guests who saved it simply find something new there.

Who can see the photos

Everyone on your guest list, whatever they answered - someone who could not come often wants the photos most. Guests who added themselves by answering see them once they have said yes and proved their address. Anyone else finds the gallery locked.

Who can add photos

You choose, on the gallery itself:

• Only me - guests look, you upload.
• Anyone on my guest list - everyone invited can contribute.
• Guests who said yes - only the people who actually came.

Guests prove who they are the same way they do for an RSVP: a personal link, or an email address that is on your list, which gets a private link sent to it. The gallery is never open to whoever happens to have the URL.

How long photos stay

Photos are kept for 12 months on a paid event and 14 days on a free one, counted from upload. The gallery shows the exact figure. Download all gives you every photo in one file, at the full size it was taken - worth doing before the clock runs out either way.
